Disclosure Statement and Verification Letter
INOKS Capital SA (‘INOKS’) is a signatory of the Operating Principles for Impact Management (‘the Principles’). As per the ninth principle, each signatory undertakes a regular independent verification of the implementation of the Principles.
INOKS periodically requests a qualified third party to verify the alignment of its operations and assets under management with the Principles. The latest impact verification was conducted by Steward Redqueen in September 2023. This verification statement refers to INOKS’ Disclosure Statement dated 31 August 2023.
